Amazon AMER Industry GTM Partner Specialist, AMER Industries & Partner Solutions in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

The Industry go-to-market (GTM) Partner Development Specialist (PDS) in AMER Industries and Solutions utilizes time-bound sprints to execute partner motions focusing on industry specific use cases that drive line of business customer success.

In this role, you’ll operate within the AMER Industries and Solutions team, surrounded by world class builders focusing on delivering line of business customer success with industry aligned partner solutions.

As a PDS you will work with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) to build build and scale Go To Market strategies aligned to key industries. You will work closely with industry aligned peers within our organization, AMER Partner Management, AWS Business Development Managers, AWS sales, marketing, and the broader APN team.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and drive GTM strategy to achieve results and drive insights aligned to business needs.

  • Develop and drive business and technical enablement plans to partners to facilitate the implementation of a industry aligned go-to-market.

  • Promote top partners to AWS customers and sellers

  • Develop and drive promotions, funding benefits, and incentives as appropriate

  • Gather, organize, and report back partner feedback (both technical and business) to help improve the customer and partner experience

  • Own communication strategy: Contribute updates to internal communication channels, and keep key stakeholders informed of changes, events, and opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
