Description
The Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team is looking for a Senior Applied Scientist with a background in Natural Language Processing, Machine/Deep Learning, and Large Language Models. You will be working with a team of applied and research scientists to enhance existing features and explore new possibilities with LLM empowerment. You will interact with a cross-functional team of science, product, and engineering leaders.
Key job responsibilities
Conducting research leading to improved LLM-powered conversational systems.
Leading the design and development of LLM-based solutions for task-oriented dialogue systems for multiple locales and languages.
Communicating effectively with the leadership team and colleagues from science, engineering, and business backgrounds.
Providing research direction and mentoring junior researchers.
Basic Qualifications
PhD in computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative field, or a Master's degree.
PhD, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
5+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
Experience programming in Python, Java, C++, or a related language.
Experience with LLM and deep learning methods.
Preferred Qualifications
PhD with specialization in AI, natural language processing, or machine learning.
Research experience on LLMs, foundation models and multi-agent framework.
