Amazon Freight Partners (AFP) is looking to hire a Program Manager in the economic model team supporting our Value Added Services (VAS) implementations. This role involves facilitating and supporting transport carriers adoption and utilization of our portfolio of VAS products and services. The objective is to enhance our partners performance and profitability. If you thrive on maximizing customer performance and digging in to new ways to improve customer success, this role is for you.

Key job responsibilities

• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of product engagement, driving improvements across teams

• Work closely with a team of Program and Product Managers to drive the collection and implementation of requirements, ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.

• Generate and monitor tracking of VAS product adoption/utilization and report on key metrics

• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems.

• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish

• Communicate with VAS vendors as the voice of the customer to recommend opportunities for improvement based on partner feedback

A day in the life

The role includes analyzing product adoption reports, developing VAS partner programs, engaging VAS vendors and partner facing teams, and updating senior leaders on program success across a matrix organization. You will spend your time with a blend of number crunching, partner management, and driving strategy improvements. Basic Qualifications

  • A degree

  • Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders including senior management

  • Experience in program management, product marketing, business development or technology

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced or master's degree

  • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment

  • Relevant experience in third party vendors/customer management, specifically for carrier oriented products and solutions
