Description

Amazon seeks a talented Sales Leader to join the Marketplace Trust team for its Transparency (TR) charter. Transparency is a product serialization and traceability service that proactively protects brands and customers from defects including counterfeit and materially different products in the supply chain.

As leader of TR in India, you will be responsible for growing TR enrollment in India by working with brands to onboard them to TR. You will lead a multi-layered organization with multiple job functions such as sales, marketing and program management. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with WW Product teams, IN FC team, Ops teams supporting TR and category teams in India to ensure right brands are onboarded and well supported to grow on the service. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape the future while simultaneously have engagement with senior leaders across Amazon !

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, prior team management experience, experience building relationships with internal and external teams, and the ability to deliver results. The person must be flexible and action-oriented, capable of dealing with ambiguity, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of sales experience

  • Experience managing teams

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery

  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing C-level executives

  • Experience managing a team and training/on-boarding new members
