Key job responsibilities

As Program Manager for Amazon Pay Gift Cards [IN], you would be responsible for Leading Internal Gift Cards Channel. This role involves:

a. Driving sustainable growth and manage end to end PnL for this channel

b. Identifying new product driven opportunities within Amazon ecosystem to drive adoption of APay Gift Cards. Bring clarity to ambiguous areas by authoring PRFAQs and leading reviews with senior leadership to drive necessary cross functional alignments.

c. Closely partnering with product teams to influence product roadmap and influence prioritization

d. Delivering results by working cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business impact

The ideal candidate will be numbers driven, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, tech, marketing, BI, operations, and business to identify requirements, prioritize the goals, and drive execution. In additional to driving these highly complex domains, this leader should be comfortable with influencing high judgement decisions and prioritization with senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

  • 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
