Amazon strives to be the world's most customer-centric company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want to buy online. We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced Business Analyst for category programs (Coupons, Virtual Bundles/VMP, MoQ) and consumables marketing.

Responsibilities:

You will be the anchor for the four fast growing programs which have a pan-a.in presence – Coupons, Virtual Bundles, MoQ and Virtual multi-pack. You would also be responsible for providing insights to marketing team to take necessary marketing actions. The role also supports the decision-making on business challenges to unblock the program, help them grow faster and identify new avenues to accelerate adoption by categories. The role combines data and insight mining on specific projects, delivery automated analytics and also lead operational reporting and reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

· Conceptualize and implement dashboards and regular reports for business/programs to review key metrics at daily/weekly/monthly cadence

· All programs are evolving and the role will be at the heart of identifying metrics to track, how to instrument attribution and to fine tune metrics at a category level to deliver ammunition to program managers to sustain top growth on program.

· Partner with the business and finance to leverage the corporate data systems to address complex questions, dive deep in to data, and deliver timely, accurate, actionable (possibly game-changing) insights

· Support development projects with technology teams to help drive automation and scalability in Amazon’s operations

· Provide timely, accurate reporting on sales operations performance and business development projects

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

  • 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience

  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

  • Experience with SQL or ETL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Tableau

  • Experience using very large datasets
