The Boost Portal team is building a highly scalable, front-end application framework, using the most bleeding edge technologies. We force multiply the output of our entire engineering organization, enabling hundreds of developers to concurrently deliver continuous innovation for our customers every day.

We are looking for a high caliber Sr. TPM to lead the global expansion of our software across all AWS data centers, including those in the early phases of construction. Our software is as critical to getting a new data center off the ground, as it is to ensuring it runs like a well oiled machine, flexing to meet real work demand at scale. On this team, you will lead projects with strategic significance and high exposure. You will tackle some of the most intriguing problems in distributed software with a diverse global infrastructure landscape. This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and customers to ensure solution strategies are well vetted and driven to fruition. You will be counted on to be an influential voice in decisions related to system architecture, feature development, and product strategy. Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

• 3+ years of software development experience

• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
