Amazon Senior Product Manager, Global Remote Fulfillment in Bellevue, Washington

Our Sellers and our Customers are in every country around the world, and our team helps connect them regardless of where they manufacture or where they live. Our team is builds fulfilment solutions that help Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) Sellers make their selection available to Customers across every Amazon Store, with the sharpest possible prices and with locally available inventory. We develop scalable systems and services, and utilizing cutting edge technology (e.g., machine leaning, big data, etc.), to enable world-class global logistics solutions.

We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our growing organization. You will get the opportunity to solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment. You will have end-to-end product ownership from strategic opportunity assessment to tactical road mapping and feature development. You’ll take the technical product lead for helping products cross over borders around the world.

In this role, you will be defining the vision for how Sellers and Amazon manage fulfilment globally. You will own developing and executing against a multi-year roadmap, leveraging data and insights from our Sellers and inventing new technology to deliver innovations which help Sellers grow and expand their business on Amazon. You will lead new initiatives and develop and implement new ideas.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision and roadmap for growing the existing product and scaling this globally

  • Working backwards from the needs of our Sellers and developing innovative products which will delight our Sellers and drive large scale improvements in our business

  • Lead investment, prioritization and trade off discussions

  • Working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to develop detailed product, business and UI requirements for large-scale and complex product launches, and managing project milestones from design to launch

  • Identify and measure product and business metrics to drive improvements and better understand our Customer’s and Seller’s needs

  • Accountable for overall product experience and financial performance of the product area

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
