The Process and Policy Analyst supports procurement projects to increase the efficiency of Source to Pay operations, processes and reporting. They will play a key role in driving the standardization and continuous improvement for the existing and new procurement processes. The Procurement analyst will review and update the process and procedure repository, will host training sessions for the procurement community and external users and will provide guidance on procurement standards to the corresponding stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has good understanding and interest to learn more about procurement, source to contract and procure to pay lifecycle, supplier relationship, process optimization and project management. Main responsibilities:

• Analyze source to pay processes and standards for procurement.

• Share documentation and maintain the central repository

• Train procurement staff, where needed, on processes and tools

• Support and continually improve source-to-pay processes

• Support projects and process development for new standard procurement solutions

• Identify ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and tools supporting all procurement teams.

• Actively advocate improvements and align with stakeholders across functions for implementation projects

• Explore ways to automate the activities of the source-to-pay processes

Basic Qualifications

• B2/C1 English level

• Knowledge in MS Office

• Knowledge in Coupa

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree

• Previous formal experience in Procurement departments.

• Previous formal experience creating processes and policies

• Project / Change management experience

• High precision in verbal and written communication

• Self-motivated

• Ability to resolve day-to-day problems and focus on delivering results

• Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, good time management
