Position Title: Functional Mktg II

Location: Austin, Texas

Position Responsibilities: 1. Perform quantitative and qualitative market research and analyze business requirements and user behavior to identify innovative advertising programs that leverages sophisticated marketing techniques, methodologies and technologies. 2. Identify and support the execution of business development and marketing strategies, plans and projects for by driving awareness and mass adoption for various products and related services in a global scale. 3. Participate in all aspects of executing high profile paid search, PPC and paid social campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. 4. Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy. Identify strategies to optimizes spend and competitive positions of paid media campaigns. 5. Analyze performance data and develop appropriate action plans based on conclusions. 6. Evaluate market trends and competitor data from multiple sources into a digestible and actionable format to drive change and new initiatives using analysis. 7. Report metrics in monthly business reviews and work with various stakeholders to fine tune efforts in order to meet defined metrics and analyze and test campaign results. 8. Work with senior management and technology teams to create and deliver against aggressive roadmaps. 9. Domestic and international travel needed up to 10% of the time. 10. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $78,800/year to $137,900/year

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements: Requirements: A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related discipline and 1 year of experience in market research analysis, product management, or business analysis. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or discipline followed by 3 progressively responsible post-baccalaureate years of experience in market research analysis, product management, or business analysis. Experience must include: 1. 1 year of experience gathering and analyzing business intelligence, data and analytics to performing market research and competitive analysis to support marketing initiatives. 2. 1 year of experience developing digital marketing programs in an on-line environment and working with marketing channels, including SEM, SED, email, and social media to drive product engagement initiatives. 3. 1 year of experience in A/B testing of products. 4. 1 year of experience leveraging other online marketing channels to drive B2B customer acquisition, lead generation and/or revenue generation and optimizing marketing campaigns through strategic analysis of performance data, traffic, budget, and ROI goals.#0000
