Job summary

Transparency is looking for a talented and experienced account manager to drive operations and executive conversations with CN Top brands. You may be expected to contribute to special projects ranging from marketing to operational tasks as you may at times wear a variety of hats.

Key job responsibilities

The role and responsibility mainly include:

• Prospect and get engaged with CN Top Brands meeting the enrollment criteria of Transparency;

• Stretching work scope to a full cycle service from Brand enrollment to onboarding and account management, committing to different goals including protected units, transparency penetration and other metrics relates to brand building

• Collect voice from brands and escalate to relate team;

• Assist brands to clear blockers in Brand protection related issues through deep client engagement and understanding

A day in the life

  1. Engage with CN top brands through phone calls, WeCom and Brand Visits

  2. Leverage different tools and data to analysis brands' profile and discover opportunities

  3. Build insights and use cases through cross team collarboration

About the team

Transparency is a strategic new software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. We are focused on building a global service which allows consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain. The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience

  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level

  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
